Sriracha Aioli Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Da Red Lava Sriracha or Da Green Lava Sriracha (for a milder, zesty version)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced or garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or vinegar (for a little acidity)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for a slight tang)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard (if using).
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, or more Sriracha if you like it spicier.
  4. Chill in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  5. Serve as a dipping sauce for fries, grilled vegetables, seafood, chicken tenders, or even as a spread for burgers or sandwiches!

Tips:

  • For a creamier texture, you can use a bit of sour cream or add a splash of olive oil.
  • If you prefer a sweeter aioli, you can mix in a little honey or brown sugar to balance out the heat.
  • To make it extra garlicky, use roasted garlic for a smoother, more caramelized flavor.
