Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Azeka’s Soy Sauce
 - 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
 - 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey for a sweeter touch)
 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a tangy flavor)
 - 1 tsp ground black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or rice vinegar (for acidity)

Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients—soy sauce, oil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
 - Marinate: Place your steak (1 to 2 steaks, depending on size) in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, making sure it’s well-coated.
 - Refrigerate: Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.
 - Cook: Remove the steak from the marinade (discard any leftover marinade), and grill or pan-sear your steak to your desired doneness.
