Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into half moons
- 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange), sliced
- 2 ears corn, cut into 1-inch rounds (or 1½ cups corn kernels)
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks or thick slices
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven.
- Grill: Preheat to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Oven: Preheat to 400°F.
- Prepare the filling.
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, bell peppers, corn, pineapple, and shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. - Assemble the foil packets.
Divide the mixture evenly among four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spoon 2 tablespoons of Azeka’s Hawaiian Sweet Chili Sauce over each packet. - Seal the packets.
Fold the foil over the ingredients and tightly crimp the edges to create sealed packets that will trap the steam while cooking. - Cook.
- Grill: Place packets on the grill for 12–15 minutes.
- Bake: Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes.
