Today, we’re sharing three no-fuss recipes that are ideal for hot days.

Recipe 1: Azeka’s Chicken Salad Wraps with Crunchy Slaw

Think: smoky chicken, crisp veggies, and a zippy drizzle — all wrapped up and ready to go.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • ½ cup Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Napa cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Butter lettuce or tortillas for wrapping
  • Optional: sesame seeds, chopped cilantro
Directions:
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag with Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce. Marinate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  2. Grill & Chill: Grill the chicken until fully cooked. Let cool, then slice thinly.
  3. Make the Slaw: Toss cabbage, carrot, and green onion with sesame oil and a spoonful of Azeka’s for flavor.
  4. Assemble: Add chicken and slaw to lettuce cups or tortillas. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or fresh herbs.

Meal prep tip: Store the chicken and slaw separately in the fridge and assemble wraps as needed.


Recipe 2: Tropical Spicy Shrimp & Avocado Bowl with Azeka’s Spicy Maui Original Sauce.

Sweet, tangy, and a little spicy — this bowl is summer in every bite.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ⅓ cup Azeka’s Spicy Maui Original Sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice or quinoa
Directions:
  1. Marinate Shrimp: Combine shrimp with Azeka’s Spicy Maui Original and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or Sauté: Cook shrimp until just opaque and lightly charred.
  3. Assemble Bowl: Add greens, rice, mango, and avocado. Top with shrimp.
  4. Citrus Drizzle: Mix remaining marinade with lime juice and drizzle over the bowl.

Flavor boost: Add pickled red onions, toasted coconut, or chopped macadamia nuts.


Recipe 3: Grilled Tofu & Watermelon Salad with Azeka’s Hawaiian Sweet Chili Sauce Glaze

Refreshing, plant-based, and perfect for picnic spreads or light dinners.

Ingredients:
  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed & cubed
  • ⅓ cup Azeka’s Hawaiian Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
  • Zest of 1 lime
Directions:
  1. Glaze Tofu: Toss tofu with Azeka’s Hawaiian Sweet Chili Sauce. Let sit for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Grill or Pan-Sear: Cook until golden on all sides.
  3. Toss the Salad: Combine watermelon, cucumber, mint, and lime zest in a bowl.
  4. Top & Serve: Add tofu to the salad and drizzle with a bit more Azeka’s Hawaiian Sweet Chili Sauce.

 Try it with: Grilled halloumi or crispy chickpeas for variety.
