Ingredients:
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed & cubed
- ⅓ cup Azeka’s Hawaiian Maui Original Sauce
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- Zest of 1 lime
- Optional: Add 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber for a little more flavor and fullness.
Directions:
Top & Serve: Add tofu to the salad and drizzle with a bit more Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce
Glaz: Drizzle tofu & watermelon with Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce. Let sit for 15–30 minutes.
Grill or Pan-Sear: Lightly cook your tofu & watmeron on the grill or in a pan.
Toss the Salad: Combine watermelon, mint, and lime zest in a bowl.
