- 1 package mini naan, flatbread, or pre-made pizza crusts (or cut larger crust into smaller circles or squares)
- ½ cup Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce
- 1 cup cooked grilled chicken, diced
- ½ cup ham, diced
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: chopped cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep the base: Arrange mini naan or crust pieces on a baking sheet.
- Add sauce: Spread a thin layer of Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce on each piece.
- Top it off: Evenly distribute grilled chicken, ham, pineapple, and red onion.
