Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ¼ cup Azeka’s Sauce (Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce or Spicy Maui Original Sauce recommended), divided
- 4 burger buns
- 4 pineapple rings
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomato
Directions
- Prepare the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with 2 tablespoons of Azeka’s Sauce. Mix gently until just combined, then form into 4 equal-sized patties. - Grill the Burgers
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the turkey patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. - Grill the Pineapple
While the burgers cook, place the pineapple rings on the grill. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly caramelized with grill marks. - Assemble the Burgers
Place each turkey burger on a bun and top with grilled pineapple, lettuce, and tomato. - Finish with Flavor
Drizzle the remaining Azeka’s Sauce over each burger and serve immediately.
