Holiday Leftover Tacos (Yes, Tacos!)

Because everything tastes better in taco form.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups leftover turkey or ham, shredded or chopped
  • 8-10 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 1-2 cups slaw or shredded cabbage
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Diced onion
  • Fresh pineapple, diced (optional but highly recommended)
  • Azeka’s Maui Original or Azeka’s Da Red or Da Green Lava Sriracha, to taste

How to Make It

  1. Warm the meat:
