Wake up your morning with a little heat.
This quick skillet hash is the ultimate way to use up leftovers. Roasted veggies, holiday turkey, ham, whatever you’ve got in the fridge. A drizzle of Azeka’s Da Red Lava Sriracha brings the spicy, tangy flavor that ties it all together.
You’ll Need:
- 1-2 cups roasted potatoes, yams, or Brussels sprouts
- ½ -1 cup leftover turkey or ham (optional)
- 1 egg (optional, but highly recommended)
- Azeka’s Da Red Lava Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil or butter
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins: diced onions, bell peppers, green onions, cheese
How to Make It:
1. Heat your skillet
Add oil or butter to a pan over medium-high heat until it’s hot and shimmering.
2. Crisp up the veggies
Add your leftover roasted veggies and spread them out so they get good contact with the pan.
Cook 4-5 minutes until they’re golden and crispy on the edges.
3. Add the turkey or ham (if using)
Toss it in and sauté for 2-3 minutes to warm through.
4. Add the heat
Drizzle Azeka’s Da Red Lava Sriracha Sauce over the hash. Start with 1-2 tablespoons and adjust to your spice level.
Toss everything together so it all gets coated in that fiery goodness.
5. Optional: Top with an egg
Fry or poach an egg separately, OR make a well in the hash and crack the egg right into the skillet.
Cover and cook until the egg reaches your preferred doneness.
6. Season + garnish
Salt, pepper, and (optional) green onions or cheese on top.
Serve It With:
- Toast or a warm tortilla
- Avocado slices
- Extra Da Red Lava Sriracha on the side for dipping
