- 2 lbs 16/20 shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce
- Your choice of rice or noodles
- Green Onion for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Get your rice or noodles cooking in a pot to the side.
- Add shrimp to your skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Dice up your bell peppers and onion and add to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add pineapple chunks and Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce. Stir to combine.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles. We recommend drizzling Azeka’s Spicy Maui Original Sauce on top, and sprinkle on some green onion!
